Koty, Alex, and their crew were extremely professional. Our two full bath complete remodels started on time and proceeded at a good pace throughout. They worked hard to make possible all the details that made the bathrooms as we wanted such as multiple shower niches, an enlarged primary shower, a fan over the tub, extra outlets, height of the shower fixtures, and location of grab bars. The result is beautiful and convenient. It is a wonderful upgrade to our home.

We got a bathroom remodeled and were happy with the experience. The owner was involved throughout the process and the pricing was very fair. We were able to pick out our own finishes and pay vendors directly at cost, which I thought was pretty cost effective. Had a small issue with grout several months after the fact and the owner came by to fix the issue himself. Overall, very happy with our experience!

We love our new bathrooms! FourGen remodeled two bathrooms in our home built in 1900. Being an older home, both bathrooms posed layout and design challenges. The team helped us work on the best plan, and gave great advice to select the right materials and fixtures. They were also really in tune with our budgetary restrictions and clearly communicated all pricing, and worked with us to stay on budget. Manuel and Koty were our two workers on both projects and were always on time and kept things organized. We would recommend FourGen Remodeling for anyone looking to have their kitchen floor tiled. We chose a porcelain 12 X 24 tile installed in a Herringbone pattern and FourGen did an excellent job with the install. They were very easy to communicate with and they were prompt in responding to all questions. They were calm and professional with any changes that came up and explained everything clearly.

If we could give 10 stars to Four Gen we would! Our neighbor gave us Koty's # to us when we were getting ready to sell our home. As far as I'm concerned there is nothing that this company can't do! Every job we gave him he was punctual, prepared and went right to work. Whether it was painting, carpentry or installation, the job was professionally done and reasonably priced. Now we have a list for him to do at our new house. I have recommended this company to friends and they were very satisfied. I hope that they don't have so much work that we can't get get an appointment!

We used Four Gen remodeling to do a fairly large scale project on our home in Ellicott City. They remodeled two full baths, one half bath, and updated all four of our bedrooms. We also had them install a backsplash in the kitchen and add some lighting in the bedrooms etc. Whatever we asked of them, they were willing and able to do. Koty, Alex and company were far and away the neatest and most considerate crew we have ever had work for us. They were timely, excellent at communication and partnered with us fully throughout the entire project. We have found no issues with the work done, and (get this!) they finished on time AND at or below budget. We highly recommend and will be using Four Gen again.
Koty @4Gen did my kitchen remodeling during the summer of pandemic in 2020. Besides an excellent outcome, where he had to use his creativity to overcome unexpected obstacles in our 40 year old home, he did an amazing job to address our concerns regarding the proper isolation. If you want a new kitchen but don’t know where to start don’t hesitate to call Koty. Tell him what you wish for and he will surely take the challenge.
Koty did my back splash and the crown molding on my cabinets and he completely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his work- he is very knowledgeable, and did an amazing job!

Koty and his AMAZING team did a phenomenal job in renovating our kitchen. The before and after pictures practically speak for themselves but I will say this. Koty is dependable, professional, timely, and detailed oriented. His team does not cut corners and is sure to meet the customer's requests - regardless of how tedious they many be! Koty performed our entire renovation while the state of Maryland was under Stay at Home Orders. His team did not miss a beat! As the stars aligned throughout the whole process, we were able to get the keys to our condo back and the only delays were a result of the countertop company - which was a company we selected. I will say that my husband and I came up with the entire design. The cabinets were through IKEA (which Koty and his son meticulously put together for a nominal fee). We wouldn't change a thing about our kitchen renovation (except for the Pandemic Part...that we could've skipped). But Koty of FourGen is welcome to do any work we can send his way! OH and we also had them renovate our hall bathroom while he was there. It didn't even add a day onto the scope of work and (including the replacement of a tub) he was able to knock it out in no time - at a great price!
2021 update to track work over the past few years: 1.) 2019 Kitchen complete remodel including load bearing wall move, hardwood floor extensions, electrical rewiring, precision cabinet installation; 2.) 2020 Deck restoration and award winning Pergola installation; 3.) 2021 Front door and trim replacement including repair of Rim Joist water damage. Alex and Koty have the experience to know how to efficiently work thru all those curve balls that come up as the work progresses thru any major home remodeling effort. Additionally they have the willingness to take on the whole job, not just what they want to do. What else can I say but that satisfied customers return for more quality work. 2018 FourGen was able to promptly respond to our need to replace woodwork around garage doors which was discovered to be severely deteriorated allowing water penetration to reach door headers. Another wonderful experience with Koty! We have worked with Koty and his team on several projects now -- most recently a master bathroom -- and he continues to exceed our expectations. Our bathroom is stunning. Detail-oriented, conscientious, honest, hard-working and patient (probably his most important quality given my personality!), Koty made what many see as a stressful process quite easy and even a bit fun. Unlike many of the larger contracting groups, you will receive one-on-one attention from Koty, see him at the job site, and receive regular communication directly from him. It was refreshing to know that our home was in such good hands. We are already thinking of future projects where he and his team will inevitably be our first phone call.

Koty and Alex took our 1970s kitchen, which my husband and I had DIY'd to our funky, vintage style, and made that dream come true with brand new cabinetry, flooring, backsplash, appliances, and countertops. Never once did they question or challenge our unique, un-BIgBoxStore vision, and their recommendations enhanced our dream beyond our expectations. Move the dishwasher? Add lighting here? Shift the stove? All excellent suggestions from a team that actually listens carefully to their customers. Was 12x12 black and white flooring tough to find? Definitely. But 4Gen made it happen. Added bonuses: Excellent upfront communication and an appreciation for deadlines. And we all know how hard that is to find in a kitchen contractor these days!
